02 / DIMENSIONS

Resize photos without stretching them

Set pixel dimensions, preserve the original proportions, or crop to an exact width and height.

You can set just the width

If your blog or store specifies only a maximum width, enter 1200 and leave height blank. Height follows the original proportions. Leave both dimensions blank to keep the original size.

Keep proportions: fit inside a box

With a width of 600 and a height of 800, “Keep proportions” fits the entire photo inside that box. A landscape photo can have a height well below 800. Use this option to preserve the complete image without distortion.

By default, smaller originals are not enlarged. Enable “Allow enlarging beyond the original” when you need a larger result. Enlarging does not recover detail that was missing from the source.

Crop from center: exact dimensions

For exactly 600 × 800 pixels, enter both values and choose “Crop from center”. The image stays in proportion, and edges are removed around the center. This version does not let you move the crop position.

Keep automatic dimension reduction off if your pixel size must be exact. Inspect the result for important content before downloading.

Resize a whole collection

Every selected photo receives the same settings. With proportions preserved, photos with different shapes can produce different dimensions. Center cropping makes all results the same requested width and height.

Choose up to 20 photos, 25 MB each, and 100 MB total. Download individual results or save the whole set as a ZIP.
